Custom Design Overview

	Becky Nalevanko Director – Becky is a certified teacher and member of Dance Masters of America. She is certified by DMA to teach the performing arts. She is past President and Vice-President of Dance Masters Chapter #34. She regularly attends dance workshops/seminars to insure qualified and updated training for herself and her assistants. Her expertise in dance has given her the opportunity to judge regional as well as National Talent Competitions all across the United States. Becky is here to share her love of Dance with all of her students.
	Amanda Nalevanko Co-Director – Amanda holds many local as well as national titles throughout her dance career. She is a former Dance Masters Chapter #34 Miss Dance and National Miss Showbiz. Amanda routinely choreographs for High School, College and University dance and drill teams, as well as Professional Sports Teams. Amanda has received countless choreography awards at the Regional and National level. In 2007 she was awarded the Showbiz Icon Award for B-Licious. Her most recent accomplishment is being tested for her Masters of America Teaching Certificate.
	Gigi Oerter – Former Ballet Mistress of the Des Moines Ballet Company, teaches our intermediate Ballet Technique and Pointe Classes. We are fortunate to have her extensive professional expertise and excellent classroom rapport.
	Kim Wallace – is a 34+ year veteran of our studio. Kim has assisted Becky and taught children's classes for many years. She is an excellent dancer and valuable member of our staff, also has a teaching degree from Iowa State University
	Traci Shipley – is a 26 year veteran of our studio. Traci has assisted Becky and taught children's classes for more than 11 years. Traci is an excellent dancer and valuable member of our staff. Traci also holds a teaching degree and is a special education consultant in the Des Moines Public School System.
	Missy Dennis –is a graduate of our Studio. Missy instructs our tumbling classes.
	Melissa (Lissa) Grantham – is a graduate of our Studio. Lissa instructs children classes, tumbling and ballet technique. Lissa recently completed her testing for the Dance Masters of America Teaching Certificate.
	Breanna Holland – is a graduate of our Studio. Breanna instructs our technique classes and assists with our competition team. Breanna recently completed her testing for the Dance Masters of America Teaching Certificate.
