Philosophy
Our Competition Team was developed over 25 years ago to offer an additional performance outlet for our Dancers' education besides the annual Recital. We want this to be a positive learning experience, to have fun with many chances to perform, make new friends, and learn good sportsmanship. We want to help the Dancers build their self-esteem and feel good about themselves. This experience will expose the dancers to others who will motivate them to better themselves. We do not pressure our Dancers to win, but encourage them to work hard to progress their dance skills. We expect them to try their best and be RESPECTFUL of others. Everyone needs to be a Team Dancer. We encourage our Dancers to support our Team and be gracious to other dance studios. We have a good time, build lasting friendships, and create memories of a lifetime.
We look forward to working with all the Dancers to make this a positive experience in their lives.
